Custom Products

All products we manufacture are custom-made to order based on customer-provided specifications, including (but not limited to) size, colors, artwork, backing type, and quantity. Due to the custom nature of our products, special conditions apply.

Mockup Approval

• A digital mockup will be provided before production.
• Production will not begin until written approval is received.
• By approving the mockup, the customer confirms that all details (design, spelling, colors, size, layout) are correct.
• Once approved, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Design Variations

Digital mockups are visual representations; minor variations in color shades, texture, stitching, or material may occur during manufacturing.

These minor variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

Production Timeline

Production timelines begin after mockup approval, not at the time of payment. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and may vary due to production volume, shipping carriers, or external factors.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled only before mockup approval.
• Once a mockup is approved, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.
