Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:
- The order is canceled before mockup approval
- The product received is materially different from the approved mockup (verified by our team)
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Customer-approved designs
- Minor color or texture differences
- Customer dissatisfaction based on personal preference
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery
- Clear photos of the issue must be provided
- We may offer a replacement or partial refund, at our discretion
Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation and account restrictions.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Request identity or payment verification
- Cancel and refund orders suspected of fraud
- Refuse service at our discretion
