Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • The order is canceled before mockup approval
  • The product received is materially different from the approved mockup (verified by our team)

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer-approved designs
  • Minor color or texture differences
  • Customer dissatisfaction based on personal preference
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery
  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided
  • We may offer a replacement or partial refund, at our discretion

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation and account restrictions.

Fraud Prevention

  • Request identity or payment verification
  • Cancel and refund orders suspected of fraud
